Site Visit and Audit

Once the scope of your project has been identified, we will then look to conduct a site visit at your premises. Here, one of our certified hygiene experts will come along and gather all the key information that we need to build a UV-C solution that is fit for purpose. This might range from the ceiling height of your offices or the speed of your conveyor belt, it really depends on your business. UV-C disinfection is ultimately based on science and mathematics; as a result not only does this site visit give us a better understanding of your sterilisation challenges at hand, but we can establish an optimal strategy in terms of disinfection effectiveness.

Proposal

With these measurements and information to hand, our hygiene experts will then collaborate with our installation team to put together a disinfection proposal. Included will be a breakdown of:

• Your current challenges

• Details of the environment in question

• The proposed disinfection strategy and impact

• Costings and Installation timeframes

• Before and after sampling

Once you have received your proposal, we can work with you to make sure it’s the best solution for your business then look to book in an installation date!
